Staying here was fantastic, especially since we were just a short walk from the amazing Ping An Finance Centre Observation Deck and the serene Zhongxin Park, which made enjoying the city's sights incredibly easy and pleasant. the staff was attentive, and I appreciated the hotel's beautiful ambiance that welcomed me after my long journey.

The swimming pool left much to be desired. it felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel facilities, affecting my overall experience.

the ritz-carlton has great facilities, including a wonderful luxury spa. the location is perfect, close to shopping malls and restaurants. the room was spacious and had an amazing view from the 18th floor. the staff also helped me find a manicure service nearby, which was super nice.

Though the hotel impresses in many areas, the dining experience fell a bit short—having to pay extra for special occasions feels misleading, especially when a full board deal was advertised. Additionally, I encountered some maintenance issues. like a tub leg being broken and a shower door that just wouldn't close properly, which wasn't the best way to start my day.
